49AION is a specialist entry in Holding’s IP portfolio. 49G HOLDING LTD owns its intellectual property; BITLEASE INC. is its named operator.

An Asset Is Defined by Its Rights
The core IP estate comprises the work and rights assigned to Holding. Third-party components retain their own ownership and terms. Software ownership, operational data and a company's contractual responsibilities are distinct subjects.
Provenance and Improvement
The IP framework requires improvements to be identified, connected to creator rights and entered in the ownership record. This keeps later development tied to the asset's origin and assignment, while third-party material remains subject to its own terms.
