49g.com Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 November 2026.
49g.com is published by BitLease Technology Ltd. These terms cover your use of this website only. They are not an offer of any product or service.
1. Who we are
49g.com is operated by BitLease Technology Ltd ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17324619, with its registered office at 37 Argyle Road, London, W13 0LW.
The website describes the 49G Group: 49G Holding Ltd, the Group parent, registered in the Abu Dhabi Global Market under number 34619; and its wholly owned subsidiaries BitLease Technology Ltd (England and Wales), BitLease Inc. (Delaware, United States) and BitLease Capital Ltd (British Virgin Islands). Own Token Foundation is a separate party outside the Group and is not a Group company. 49G Holding Ltd does not operate this website; BitLease Technology Ltd does.
2. These terms and other agreements
- By using 49g.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
- Each Group company is a separate legal entity and contracts only in its own name. A product or service is provided by the Group company named in the agreement for it, on that agreement's terms. For the BitLease Platform, that company is BitLease Technology Ltd, under its client terms at bitlease.com.
- 49G Holding Ltd owns and licenses the Group's intellectual property. It operates no product, contracts with no client, and gives no guarantee for, or other support of, any obligation of another Group company.
- No Group company guarantees another's obligations unless a specific signed instrument says so.
3. Using the website
You must not, and must not let anyone else:
- use the site in breach of any law or regulation;
- access or try to access any part of the site, or any system or data, that you are not authorised to access;
- probe, scan or test the site for vulnerabilities, except under a written agreement with us;
- interfere with or disrupt the site, including by introducing malware or placing an unreasonable load on it;
- use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the site without our written permission;
- copy or reuse site content except as section 5 allows; or
- misrepresent your identity or your connection with any Group company.
4. Information you send us
If you send us an enquiry, feedback or other material, make sure you have the right to share it. We may use feedback freely and without payment. Our Privacy Policy at 49g.com/legal/privacy explains how we handle personal data.
5. Intellectual property
- The Group's intellectual property and brands, including the master brand, the core platform intellectual property, the Structuring Standard intellectual property under the HyperHedge brand, 49GAION and the 49G Envoy Engine, belong to 49G Holding Ltd. We use them under licence.
- You may view and print pages for your personal or internal business reference. Any other use needs our written permission.
6. No offer, no advice, no regulated status
- Nothing on 49g.com is an offer, solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, financial product or virtual asset, including OWN. Nor is it investment, legal or tax advice.
- This website claims no licence, authorisation or regulated status for any Group company. Where a Group company holds one, it says so in its own disclosures.
- Virtual assets are volatile, and you can lose all of the value you put in.
7. Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, including those of other Group companies and third parties. Their own terms and privacy notices apply there, and we are not responsible for third-party sites.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". Content is general information as at the date shown and may be out of date. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
9. Limitation of liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected.
- Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the site.
- Subject to that, our total liability arising from your use of the site is limited to GBP 100.
10. Indemnity
If you use the site for a business, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your breach of section 3 or of law, including related losses and reasonable costs.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or to any user, at any time, including for maintenance, security or legal reasons.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply from that date and do not apply retroactively.
13. Governing law
These terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising from them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also bring proceedings where they live.
14. General
- Severability: if any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver: not enforcing a right does not waive it.
- Third-party rights: 49G Holding Ltd may enforce section 5 (Intellectual property) directly. Otherwise, no one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
- Language: if these terms are translated, the English version prevails.
