A Structure Built Around the Platform
BitLease brings selected capabilities together in one product. BITLEASE TECHNOLOGY LTD operates the Platform and its Partner Program, and contracts with Platform Clients, Lessors and Partners. Inc. develops the underlying 49G Envoy Engine; Capital contributes HyperHedge structuring. Holding owns the underlying Group IP.
The Companies Holding Owns
49G Holding Ltd owns all shares in three subsidiaries. Each is a business in its own right, with its own capabilities and commercial direction. Their current contributions to BitLease are part of that wider identity.
Authority with a Clear Home
Holding's board makes its corporate and owner-level decisions. Each subsidiary acts through its own governance. The Founder Office provides strategic and architectural direction; corporate effect comes through the competent company.
