The Platform Operator's Role
BITLEASE TECHNOLOGY LTD brings the Platform's central operating responsibilities into one legal company. Its role includes:
Product development and Platform operations
Provider coordination and implementation
Client onboarding and the customer interface
Platform Client and Partner contracting
Settlement processes and day-to-day operating decisions
For Platform business, BITLEASE TECHNOLOGY LTD contracts with Clients, Lessors and Partners. A specialist company's contribution does not make it the Platform Client's counterparty. The Partner Program capability assignment does not change that contracting role.
Specialist Work, Clear Accountability
A specialist company can contribute work without taking over the Platform operator's accountability. Each company acts through its own board and authorised representatives. Holding's owner-level decisions and the operator's commercial decisions remain distinct.
