Group Architecture
The core productOne corporate parent, three wholly owned companies and a core product: BitLease Platform. Each company has a distinct role in the structure.
A company chart shows who owns each company. Group Architecture goes further: it shows where BitLease Platform and the specialist capabilities belong, who owns their IP, which company operates each one and which legal entity enters the relevant contract.
The companies Holding owns

How the structure works
Who owns the companies?
49G HOLDING LTD holds all shares in BITLEASE TECHNOLOGY LTD, BITLEASE INC. and BITLEASE CAPITAL LTD.
Who owns the IP?
Holding owns the core intellectual property of BitLease Platform and the IP in 49AION, HyperHedge and Partner Program.
Who operates each capability?
BITLEASE TECHNOLOGY LTD operates BitLease Platform. BITLEASE INC. operates 49AION and Partner Program. BITLEASE CAPITAL LTD operates HyperHedge.
Who signs the contract?
BITLEASE TECHNOLOGY LTD contracts with Platform Clients, Lessors and Partners. A specialist contribution does not change that counterparty. For any other relationship, the company named in its agreement is responsible.
From work to structure
The architecture starts with the work to be done, then assigns it to the institutional role with the appropriate capability and a clear line of responsibility. CoreCo carries the central Platform role; each current specialist capability has a named operator. A change of role requires the relevant authority, records and corporate acts; a label alone does not change the structure.
From direction to action
Strategic direction and corporate authority are different layers. The Founder Office shapes direction; Holding and each subsidiary act through their own boards and authorised representatives.
