The Owner and the Operator
49G HOLDING LTD owns the core Platform IP. BITLEASE TECHNOLOGY LTD operates the BitLease Platform. The product, its intellectual property and the company acting for it each have a clear place.
An Asset-by-Asset Record
Holding's provenance standard calls for each asset's origin, creator rights, assignment and third-party terms to be recorded. The standard also covers new work and improvements, connecting what was built with the rights Holding holds.
Creation, Ownership and Use
Building an asset, owning it and operating it are different roles. BitLease Inc. built the Partner Program engine; its IP belongs to Holding. Assignment instruments and asset records identify the rights transferred, while third-party components keep their own ownership and terms.
